COLLEGE BASKETBALL: UPIKE stumbles in road loss at Freed-Hardaman

The University of Pikeville Bears fell behind in the opening half and Freed-Hardaman went on to defeat the Bears, 85-65, in men’s Mid-South Conference action played in Henderson, Tenn., on Thursday night.

 The loss dropped the Bears to 2-2 overall heading into Saturday afternoon’s road game at Bethel University (5-0). Game time is 4 pm.

Devin Collins paced the Bears with a game-high 23 points. Korbin Spencer followed 11 while Jacob Brown and Elijah Herron added 10 each.
