HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL: Lady Eagles run past Lady Bulldogs

Johnson Central dominated from the early going as the Lady Eagles knocked off Lawrence County, 64-42, in a game played at Eagle Fieldhouse on Tuesday night.

The Lady Eagles had 16 three-point goals.

Clara Blair led a balanced scoring attack with 18 points as Johnson Central improved to 11-2. Taylor McKenzie followed with 14 and Kelci Blair finished with 11. Sammi Sites added eight.

Kensley Feltner had a game-high 20 points for the Lady Bulldogs, who dropped to 10-9. Sophie Adkins tallied 11.
