Montcalm first-year quarterback Jaylen Younger tossed three touchdown passes to lead the Generals to a 42-6 win over Phelps in a game played at Prudich Field on Thursday night.
Phelps, now 0-2, scored their only points on a 48-yard interception return by Hayden Mounts in the third quarter.
The Hornets will play at home on Sept. 2 against Prestonsburg at Marty Casey Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7:30 pm.
