Letcher Central snapped a two-game losing streak with a 54-7 win over Hazard at Cougar Field on Friday night.
Quarterback Gunner Holbrook passed for 168 yards and a pair of touchdowns as Central moved to 2-2.
Receivers Keaston Branham and Gavin Brown had TD receptions while running back Peyton Combs had a pair of scoring runs.
Koby Johnson and Quinton Williams added rushing touchdowns. Brett Smith picked off a pass and returned it 95 yards to the house.
The Cougars will travel to Wise, Va., to take on Central (3-0) this Friday. Kickoff is 7:30 pm.
